Last updated: 13 August 2026Controller and contact details
Edeltium Ltd, a private company limited by shares registered in Ireland under company number 820860, is the controller for this website. Registered office: Granary Court, Apt 49, North Ring Road, T23 YY01, Cork, Ireland. Privacy enquiries and rights requests may be sent to info@edeltium.com.
Information we collect
When you use the contact form, we collect your name, work email, company and phone number where supplied, the subject and content of your enquiry, your chosen language and the page from which the enquiry was sent. Our infrastructure may also process limited request, device and security-log information needed to operate and protect the website.
Purposes and lawful bases
We use contact-form information to assess and respond to your enquiry, take requested steps before entering a contract, and manage the resulting business correspondence. The relevant lawful bases are steps taken at your request before a contract and our legitimate interests in responding to genuine business enquiries, maintaining accurate correspondence and protecting the service. Technical logs are processed for our legitimate interests in security, availability and troubleshooting. We do not use contact enquiries for unrelated advertising.
Recipients and service providers
Access is limited to Edeltium Ltd personnel and service providers that support hosting, email delivery, secure storage and technical operations. Providers process information under appropriate contractual and confidentiality obligations. Information may also be disclosed to professional advisers or public authorities where reasonably necessary or legally required. We do not sell personal data.
International transfers
We prefer providers and processing locations in Ireland or the European Economic Area. If a provider processes personal data outside the EEA, we will rely on an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, together with any required supplementary measures.
Retention
Contact enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are ordinarily retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful communication. Records connected with a customer relationship, contract, dispute or statutory obligation may be retained for longer where necessary. Security logs are kept only for the period needed to investigate and protect the service. At the end of the applicable period, information is deleted or irreversibly anonymised.
Cookies and similar storage
This corporate website does not use advertising or profiling cookies. A first-party preference cookie named edeltium_lang_v3 stores the English or Spanish language choice for up to one year. It is used only to remember that choice. Essential platform storage may also be used where required for security and delivery.
Privacy-respecting website measurement
We measure page visits, contact actions and aggregate performance through a first-party endpoint so we can improve the website. These events do not set an analytics cookie and do not contain names, email addresses, full referrer URLs, IP addresses in the event record or cross-site identifiers. Campaign labels present in the visited URL and the referring hostname may be recorded. Browser Do Not Track is respected. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the effectiveness, accessibility and reliability of our public website.
Your data-protection rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data, and may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may contact info@edeltium.com to exercise a right. We may need to verify your identity and will respond within the period required by law.
Complaints
You may raise a concern with us first so that we can address it directly. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Irish Data Protection Commission, 21 Fitzwilliam Square South, Dublin 2, D02 RD28, Ireland, through dataprotection.ie.
